After graduating with his MBA from Miami University, Michael began setting ideas into motion within P&G's healthcare and female beauty divisions. He developed solutions for dynamic and aggressive brands like ThermaCare, Metamucil, Pepto-Bismol, Prilosec and Gillette's Venus. As a member of the HOLA network within P&G, Michael was driven by his passion for the Latino community and succeeded in serving this community with compelling results. Insights were discovered during his time at P&G that led to multiple profitable executions and spurred Michael on to establish his own agency.
Ryan has several years of experience in marketing analytics working with Nielsen BASES, consulting for P&G’s female beauty division working on brands such as Old Spice, Olay, Olay Skin, and Secret deodorant. During this time he helped launch several new products to market and re-position current products to improve the brand. After his time with BASES, he spent time utilizing his analytical background consulting for Kroger, the largest grocery retailer in the U.S. Ryan also spends time serving on the school board for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, heading up the alumni association. His passion for spectacular events and marketing has led him to the Muñoz Agency.
